About the Role
Responsibilities:
Processes the company’s payroll every pay period.
Conducting physical data entry of all the workers.
ESI and PF
Handling payroll and compliance basics.
Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
Computes employee take-home pay based on-time records, benefits, and taxes.
Sourcing candidates from various job boards.
Screening & interview scheduling candidates.
Provide technical training to skilled/semi-skilled & unskilled workers.
Centralized Employee Data Management via HCM.

Superior Communication and Interaction skills ( English)
Superb Analytics/ logical reasoning abilities
Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure.
Should be able to work independently.
Demonstrated management presentation abilities.

Should be able to handle end-to-end HR operations.
Capable of handling onboarding/ exits & documentation
Understanding of Indian payroll and compliance
